How to configure Outlook 2013 and newer for IMAP and MAPI

How to configure your E-Mail in Outlook 2013 and newer with IMAP.
 
The SmartCloud email servers can automatically configure your Outlook with the proper email settings. All you will need is your email address and password.
 
In most modern versions of Outlook you will go to
File  >  Account Settings  >  Account Settings  > New
 
From here enter
    1. The name you wish to give this account 
    2. Your email address
    3. Your password
 
and then click next.
 
The information will be populated automatically and the account added to your Outlook.
 
If you need the manual server settings they are as follows
 
IMAP Server: secure.smart-mail.net
Authentication type: SSL
Port: 993
SMTP Server: secure.smart-mail.net
Authentication type: SSL
Port: 465
