How to add email address to trusted senders to prevent them from going to spam

How to add an email address to Trusted Senders to prevent them from going to spam.
 
Two ways:
Send the person 5 emails.   This should whitelist the email address.
Or
1.  Open the Smart Mail Webmail
2.  Login with your email address and password
3.  Click on Settings Gear Tab (forth to last tab on the top bar)
4.  Click Spam Settings on the left column
5.  Click on Trusted Email Addresses under Trusted Senders
6.  Click new and add the email address
