Often when diagnosing questions about email, the full email, with it's original headers and information is required. In order to provide this it helps to include the original email.
To forward the email create a new outgoing email and add a recipient.
Then go back to Outlook, click on the email you want to forward and drag it onto the body of the new email.
This process will forward the original email intact for diagnosing.
