Routine Maintenance is done on the SmartCloud Remote Desktops early Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. During this time your Cloud Desktop may be unavailable for use. Windows security updates are installed, optimization and de-fragmentation is performed, and the desktops are restarted.
For that reason we ask our clients to Close Applications and Log off of the Smart Cloud Desktop Saturday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Evenings so that normal maintenance can be performed.
When applications are left open it can interfere with the process as Applications must be closed and Information saved before the maintenance be performed.
