How to configure Email AutoResponder for IMAP Email
NOTE: this setup applies to SmartCloud IMAP email only
 
Logon to the SmartCloud Webmail here.
 
 
Enter your full Email Address and Password.
 
Once logged in click the Settings icon on the top menu bar
 
Select Autoresponder on the left panel
 
Enter the:
Subject
Response to send to Domain Users (your coworkers)
Response for everyone else
 
Select the radio button on the right-hand pane to Enable Autoresponder
 
If you wish for the autoresponder to be enabled during a given date range select the radio button Only send button certain dates and specify the dates.
 
Select the Save button at the top
